Browsing Project hub for available projects

When you log in to Labs as our partner vendor, from now on you will be able to see a list of available work (ie.projects) in our marketplace. A wide-range of projects are available, as KÖR’s customers cover all segments of the automotive industry and even beyond, starting from simple measuring equipment calibration requests to more complicated measurements like 3D or X-ray scanning, durability tests or chemical analysis.  

Vendor labs are free to browse and apply for available projects from the list. In a glance lab staff can oversee relevant projects, as the list ranks available work relevancy based on our proprietary matchmaking algorithm, and contains the most important information about each item: the type of work (eg. calibration), the category (eg.electrical measurement), and other parameters (eg. 122 items need to be calibrated onsite, with certification needed).

Some projects are targeted even more precisely to a certain subset of our vendor lab partners, when the client or KÖR’s service operator team already has some experience regarding of a lab’s available services.

On the main Project hub screen you can either switch to a chronological list of recent projects or filter down to the projects you are selectively invited into. Also, you have the option to add projects to your custom watchlist, and decide to apply later on. There is also an option to view the projects that you already applied for. This all gives labs the flexibility to find what’s the most relevant, but with our soon to be released advanced filtering and search options, browsing for projects will be easier than ever.

As you can see, Project hub gives all the flexibility for our lab partners to oversee the market immediately, select projects they want to participate in, therefor build a diverse client portfolio with zero marketing effort. If you run a lab that depends only on a few key clients, Project hub will provide your company a safety net, where you can easily extend your customer base with a few clicks.

Applying for projects 

Once you found something that fits, you can switch to the detailed view, where the Project hub shows you all the information you need to submit an offer for a project. Creating offers is easy inside Labs, but you can also use a 3rd party tool, like your own customer relationship system, and upload the exported PDF file as the offer.  

After sending an offer, you are all set, through KÖR’s matchmaking system it will be sent back to the customer for acceptance, and our operations team will be in touch with your lab contacts regarding the next steps.
